I'm an Infrastructure & Operations leader with 20 years of experience delivering scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise infrastructure. My career spans hybrid on-premises/cloud architecture, disaster recovery planning, IT service management, and operational excellence.

November 2011 – March 2014

Managed all IT resources for the Foundry program. Standardized the first Windows Deployment Server, reducing PC stand-up time from weeks to minutes.
Designed and maintained fiber optics networks on NIPR, SIPR, & JWICS. Supported remote facilities across the United States.
Developed a PowerShell policy and procedures document adopted by CACI, Foundry, and the NSA.

U.S. Army (Medically Retired) — Fort Hood, TX

Military Intelligence System Maintainer (33W)

September 2006 – June 2010

Built and maintained all systems supporting military intelligence gathering missions. Obtained Top Secret clearance with SCI + polygraph.
Supported missions in Iraq and Afghanistan from III Corps, Fort Hood, TX.
